Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds at this time.
Exchanges can be made if the product is unworn & defective or if the incorrect size was ordered. The exchange is for the same item. Item must be returned for exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
All sales are final.
Please refer to our "Sizing Chart" or "Contact Us" for help with choosing the correct size if you are unsure. If the right size is not available no refund will be made.
Please keep in mind majority of our items are hand made.

Do you offer Klarna or Afterpay?
Currently Klarna is only accessible to our Canadian customers. We will have Klarna Available for our USA & International customers very soon.
Afterpay is availble for customers in Canada but can also be used if you live in the USA or any other country outside of Canada. In order to be able to use Afterpay when you live outside of Canada, you will need to change the currency to CAD before checking out. This is a temporary workaround until our Afterpay is up and running for our USA & international customers.
How fast can you ship my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Some of our handmade items may have longer processing times as they are made specially just for you!

Once your order is processed it is then shipped out
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and are subject to the standard shipping times of the method you chose during checkout.
USA & UK orders are shipped via DHL and arrive in 1-3 business days
All other countries are shipped via DHL and arrive in 3-7 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or Canadian Holidays.

How do i place a custom order?
If you don't see what you are looking for on our site then you can request a custom order. We make hand made custom dresses for most special occasions.
In order to obtain a quote or find out whether we can make the requested garment, please fill out the appropriate inquiry form.
We have an inquiry form for Prom, Bridal and Custom
Once you've completed the inquiry form please allow 2-3 business days to receive a response. (We aim to respond as quickly as possible)
Please do not send us Dms on instagram regarding your inquiry form as our inboxes are not monitored at this time.
Please do not call the store for a quote on a custom order as majority of our in-store staff and seamstress are not equipped to provide quotes.

How do I select the right size?
Refer to our "Sizing Chart" when selecting a size for your order.
It's best to know your exact measurements in order to select the most accurate size. If you're ordering one of our handmade items and would like to customize the sizing, please leave a note at checkout under "special notes" with your Bust, Waist and Hips measurement.

Local Pick-up Option
Our store is located in Toronto, Canada. Our address is 85 Dynamic drive, unit 3. If you live within the local GTA area and prefer to pickup your order instead of having it shipped, you can select our local pickup option.
For handmade items : If you select our pickup option, you will have the opportunity to try on your item at pickup and request any minor adjustments if time permits. An example of minor adjustments would be something like taking in the sides. If a larger size is required you may need to wait the regular processing time again and pickup on a later date. (we recommend referring to our "Sizing Chart" before placing your order).
Please keep in mind that most of our products are handmade. Please allow the normal processing time before coming into the store for pickup. You will receive a notification via Email and/or Text Message when your order is ready for pickup.
